Line Dancing is great fun and medical research has proven that it’s not only good exercise but is also great for mental health. You choose your pace, whether you enjoy dancing to every one or just picking out the odd one, it’s up to you!
Our Classes start with easy beginner/improver dances and move on to include intermediate dances in the second half.
Thursday class is an easy beginner/improver class, due to the lockdown we will be reviewing from the beginning again.
You don’t need a partner to dance, but if you fancy bringing along a partner or friend they are more than welcome, whether they wish to dance or to just sit and socialise, have a cuppa and enjoy the range of mainly Country tracks we teach to. Dances are taught and reviewed until everyone is happy. We have request sheetsso if you fancy a go at a golden oldie or have some favourite dances, be sure to let us know.
We hope to see you soon!
Classes start again on the 19th of July and the 22nd of July
